Each staff member has their own authorised access to shifts, calendars, documents and time recording.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who is it for?<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For caterers with service staff, agencies with event teams, technical businesses with setup crews and other suppliers employing staff or casual workers.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you can do<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Manage staff with their own authorised access<\/li><li>Coordinate shifts and associated events<\/li><li>Review staff signups and identify the specific event<\/li><li>Use calendars, documents and recorded hours in the staff area<\/li><li>Add on-call work (Intermittenti) as an optional submodule<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A practical example<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Organise setup and service for an event. Your team sees available shifts and signs up. Identify the event for each signup and review recorded working hours afterwards.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Connections and requirements<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On-call work (Intermittenti) has its own reporting workflow, additional data and approvals. Ordinary shift planning can be used independently.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">On-call work \u2013 Intermittenti add-on<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prepare engagement notifications for on-call workers in Team Space. The Italian term Intermittenti remains visible to identify the specific workflow.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/eventrix.events\/en\/eventrix-software-modules-for-your-event-business\/intermittenti-registration-in-the-employee-area\/\">On-call work \u2013 Intermittenti add-on<\/a><\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pricing and access<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Price:<\/strong> \u20ac19 net \/ month; Intermittenti offered separately at a suggested price of \u20ac9 net \/ month.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Monthly modules can be canceled monthly. With a 12-month minimum term, a price advantage of 15% applies for monthly payments according to provider conditions. Portal setup and conditions for referred bookings are described separately on the <a href=\"https:\/\/eventrix.events\/en\/become-a-vendor\/\">provider page<\/a>. Online booking and automatic activation are still in preparation.   <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Choose individual modules or existing packages.
