Private hosts can also organise a single event.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you can do<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Create and share an event website with programme, venue and information<\/li><li>Keep RSVPs and companions in one guest list<\/li><li>Record schedules, tasks and supplier contacts per event<\/li><li>Prepare invitation and reminder drafts and control sending yourself<\/li><li>Assign guests manually or by rules with an enabled seating module<\/li><li>Prepare table cards, guest directories and event documents for printing<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A practical example<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a wedding planner, share the event website, collect RSVPs and seat families together. Find the schedule, outstanding tasks and photographer, DJ and venue contacts within the same event.<\/p><h2 id=\"ticketing\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tickets &amp; admission<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sell tickets with separately enabled ticketing. Set prices and capacity, open or close sales and check paid QR tickets at the entrance. An active Eventportal and a configured organiser account are required.<\/p><h2 id=\"badgedruck\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Badges &amp; name cards with your logo<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Import guests from the existing list, add names and company details and choose a layout. The existing badge area offers four styles, your logo and its current A4 formats. Logo and printing changes remain in the open browser window; add companions as separate cards when needed.<\/p><h2 id=\"sitzplan\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Connect RSVPs and seating<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The seating planner uses guests and companions from event registration. With suitable access, consider groups, capacity and keep-apart requests. Explicitly enable automatic assignment of new RSVPs per event.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Connections and requirements<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eventportal organises the event and its guests. Eventstudio focuses on catering proposals, dish selections, quantities and orders. Kitchen and production stay there. Seating and ticketing may require separate access; the new name does not change purchased services.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pricing and access<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Event website:<\/strong> \u20ac69 net one-time fee per event. Ticketing is an add-on module and is not automatically included in the price. We will coordinate setup and event assignment before the start.  <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tickets &amp; Admission:<\/strong> \u20ac15 net per month, with no automatic renewal. Requirements are an active event website, the activated ticketing add-on module, and a properly set up organizer account. We check payment processing and event assignment during setup.  <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Choose individual modules or existing packages.
