Cooking Class – Authentic Japanese Cuisine with Akiko Saito
Akiko Saito was born in Tokyo and has been living in Bolzano for 14 years. She is deeply connected to her Japanese roots and loves to share the culture of her homeland with others. Her great passion is Japanese cuisine, which she sees as a special way to express tradition and creativity. Today, she teaches Japanese cooking and helps participants discover authentic flavors, original ingredients, and traditional techniques.
The cooking class offers a culinary journey to Japan and invites you to prepare typical dishes yourself and gain an insight into the food culture of Japan. The course is held in Italian.
