At Condito in Bolzano, we take you on a journey where taste is rethought – far from familiar combinations, close to curiosity, craftsmanship, and experimentation.

We cook dishes that most of you have never eaten:
with extraordinary products, rare ingredients, special ferments and techniques that are not found on the plate every day. Preserved, forgotten – all with respect for the product and focus on taste.

Prices include a 5-course menu, beverages (water, juices, non-alcoholic drinks, homemade kombucha), and “Basic” wine pairing (Kell. Girlan 448 white, Blauburgunder red wine Kell. Bozen). Additional wines are available upon request and may be charged separately.
