SDI Dispatch as an additional module for electronic invoices

SDI Dispatch is intended as an optional sub-module of Eventrix Invoice Management. The extension supplements the management of PDF and XML invoices with electronic transmission to the Italian Sistema di Interscambio (SDI).
Manage and electronically send invoices
Invoice Management remains your starting point for orders, customers, invoice documents, and payment overviews. The SDI sub-module adds electronic dispatch after the setup and activation of the appropriate invoice connection.
Intended process
- Check the invoice and invoice data in the associated order.
- Provide the generated XML invoice via the approved connection for transmission to SDI.
- Track dispatch status and feedback on the invoice and process any necessary corrections.
PDF, XML, and dispatch status
The PDF is the readable view of the invoice. The XML file contains the electronic invoice data. Only the transmission and the associated feedback show what has happened to the invoice in SDI Dispatch. An existing PDF or XML file does not yet confirm dispatch.
Activation for your business
The connection is set up for the respective invoice issuer. If there are multiple providers, your own company data and the respective approval are taken into account. You can also use Invoice Management without the SDI extension.
Current status: Productive SDI Dispatch has not yet been generally released for providers. We will clarify availability, setup, and conditions before activation for your business.
