Staff management – shifts & working hours
Team Space is your staff management area: plan shifts, review team signups and keep track of working hours. Each staff member has their own authorised access to shifts, calendars, documents and time recording.
Who is it for?
For caterers with service staff, agencies with event teams, technical businesses with setup crews and other suppliers employing staff or casual workers.

A practical example
Organise setup and service for an event. Your team sees available shifts and signs up. Identify the event for each signup and review recorded working hours afterwards.
Connections and requirements
On-call work (Intermittenti) has its own reporting workflow, additional data and approvals. Ordinary shift planning can be used independently.

Pricing and access
Price: €19 net / month; Intermittenti offered separately at a suggested price of €9 net / month.
Monthly modules can be canceled monthly. With a 12-month minimum term, a price advantage of 15% applies for monthly payments according to provider conditions. Portal setup and conditions for referred bookings are described separately on the provider page. Online booking and automatic activation are still in preparation.
Choose individual modules or existing packages. Find current prices, one-off event options and requirements in the module overview. Renaming does not extend purchased services.
