Festive, creative and regional – this cooking course at Condito Bolzano is all about modern Christmas dishes with traditional roots. Together we will develop a multi-course menu that will bring both a festive atmosphere and new ideas to your plate.

The course is aimed at anyone who wants to cook something special for the holidays: Dishes with character, surprising flavors and a touch of elegance – but still easy to prepare and suitable for home use. Whether it’s a sophisticated starter, a vegetarian alternative or a classic roast with a twist – there’s something for everyone here.

We cook together in a relaxed atmosphere, learn new techniques and also talk about the planning and organization of a successful feast. Where possible, the ingredients used are sourced locally. Recipe documents and shared enjoyment are of course included.

The course includes drinks and a recipe book for 4 courses. The course is held in Italian, the instructor speaks German and all recipes are available in German.

Please note: This is a cooking course and not a workshop in which everyone actively participates. The preparation is mainly carried out by the course leader; participants can assist in some cases.
