EligoCoffee is a small artisanal roastery based in Branzoll, a quiet village in the South Tyrolean lowlands. It was founded in 2023 by Moritz Hofer, who, after years of experience as a roaster and quality manager, wanted to turn his passion into a project of his own.
Our philosophy is simple:
We make specialty coffee mainstream—coffee that is selected directly in the country of origin, carefully roasted, and produced in an ethical and sustainable way.
