A practical example
A planner creates an invitation with the venue and date. A caterer later prepares a matching menu card and checks the print PDF.
Connections and requirements
Invitations are separate documents and do not change the published event menu. Badges and name cards have their own printing area in Eventportal.

Price: €9 net/month; one-time option per event available.
Yes. The provider page lists a one-time option for €9 net per event.
Monthly modules can be canceled monthly. With a 12-month minimum term, a price advantage of 15% applies for monthly payments according to provider conditions. Portal setup and conditions for referred bookings are described separately on the provider page. Online booking and automatic activation are still in preparation.
Choose individual modules or existing packages. Find current prices, one-off event options and requirements in the module overview. Renaming does not extend purchased services.
